Former Leading Property Managers Association (LPMA) National Manager Jodie Stainton has joined the Coronis Leadership team as Growth Leader.
Property Management Director Jodi Ford said she was honoured Ms Stainton had joined the Coronis team and looked forward to working closely with her.
“My mindset around growing our portfolio has always been to find the best people in the industry, bring them on board and work together to become the best in the business,” Ms Ford said.
“Jodie is someone who I have always wanted on our team – I believe her expertise in growth strategies, knowledge of the industry, the client’s needs and her passion is unsurpassed.
“She undoubtedly has one of the best property management minds in the industry and I know she will not only be a valuable asset to our leadership team, but to our entire property management team, landlords and tenants.
“I’m very excited for what we’ll achieve in the coming year with Tracey Kelly, Kristy Lord, Karen Pearce, Fiona Nicholls and Jodie Stainton all on our leadership team… I think together we will redefine what is possible in property management.”
Ms Stainton said, “In my previous position with the LPMA, I spoke to a lot of agencies about growth strategies and recently it made me want to get back into it and do it myself after five years of consulting.
“At Ray White, I worked with a wonderful team of 75 Business Development Managers (BDMs) so I’m really motivated to build up a team of quality BDMs again with a fresh, invigorated approach.”
