Jonathon Kiritsis returns to Ray White family

RAY White Woodville has welcomed Jonathon Kiritsis back to the family in the role of Sales Agent and Auctioneer.

Born into a real estate family, Mr Kiritsis said he was destined to progress into the real estate world.

โ€œIโ€™ve been around real estate all my life and itโ€™s a passion that hasnโ€™t dwindled in the 12 years Iโ€™ve been in the business,โ€ Mr Kiritsis said.

โ€œI see having that in-depth knowledge from a young age as a real advantage, and it allows me to provide the ultimate real estate experience for my clients.โ€

Having commenced his career at Ray White Mile End in 2007, Mr Kiritsis grew into a leadership role before his career changed direction in 2015, but four years later he is pleased to be back at the leading real estate group.

โ€œFamilyโ€™s everything to me and Iโ€™m so happy to have the opportunity to work with my uncle Peter and his wife Leah at the most awarded Ray White business in South Australia over the past 20 years,โ€ he said.

โ€œRay White as a company is based on family values, and thatโ€™s one of the main things that drew me back to the brand.

Mr Kiritsis said technology was another drawcard.

“To have one system where you can access everything, from your calendar to the full marketing suite, creates a more streamlined and efficient way to carry out my business,” he said.

โ€œThe continual growth Ray White experiences, and seeing people from across the country enter or return to the group, instils a tremendous amount of confidence.โ€

For Mr Kiritsis, selling high-end properties was โ€œalways niceโ€, but repeat clientele is what he really strives for.

โ€œItโ€™s a great feeling when you get to sell properties for a third or fourth time for a client because that shows the faith vendors have in you,โ€ he said.

โ€œCustomer service and delivering results for clients is everything in this profession and when youโ€™re getting referrals from previous vendors, you know youโ€™re doing the right thing.

Mr Kiritsis’s goal is to build on his own sales volume and help grow the business โ€“ which he intends to do by offering the best customer service and a stress-free and seamless process.
