Real Estate Business Coach, Josh Phegan, has announced O’Brien Real Estate Mornington agent, Jye Read, as the winner of the Australian 2019 Changed Agent Awards.
“Jye has great enthusiasm and determination, which is why I believe he was able to implement change to how he operates to significantly improve his business,” Josh said.
Jye said having Josh as a mentor helped facilitate his growth, goals and dreams.
“The biggest change I have made is developing a great support network of people and mentors around me – Josh being one of those key people,” he said.
Jye has grown his business by a massive 34 per cent each year.
Director of the O’Brien’s Real Estate Mornington, Fraser Bayne, said he had never seen someone so committed at such a young age.
“He follows Josh’s methods unequivocally,” Mr Bayne said.
“But the best part is that he’s so humble, there’s no ego. He’s all about doing the best for his vendors and buyers.
“In this changing marketplace, I am continuously working with my team to develop processes and checklists that allow us to offer better customer service and work closer our existing customer base.”
Jye said he lives by Josh Phegan’s saying, “The bigger the dream, the more important the team”.
Jye won $17,000 in cash and prizes thanks to AgentBox.
