Award-winning agent Josh Tesolin is set to soon open his own Ray White business in Quakers Hill.
The elite performer has carved out a reputation in Sydney for his incredible work ethic and energy to not only deliver the best customer service but superior results for his clients.
Over the past 12 months Mr Tesolin has sold a whopping 170 properties, which Ray White notes is the highest volume of sales out of any agent in Sydney with just one assistant.
He is now relishing the opportunity to run his own office and create a super team of agents all working together for the same customer service goal.
At just 25 years of age, Mr Tesolin is considered a fast-rising star, with Ray White stating he is primed to continue to accelerate his growth within the brand.
The young gun said the move to business ownership was the natural next step for his evolving team.
“I am fortunate to work with an amazing group of people and this is the next chapter. I will be challenged to take my business to an even higher level and deliver even better customer outcomes,” he said.
“I have worked hard to grow my business from strength to strength. I am so excited to have a new home where I can create my own high-performance team culture and keep re-defining what the future of real estate might look like.
“I am young, hungry and progressive. I think that Ray White shares these qualities also, and will be the right partner for me in my leadership journey.
“I love that Ray White is a family owned and led business because I will be too. My mum Annette Tesolin will be working with me and I respect her business acumen as she had been in franchising for many years.”
Ray White Group Managing Director, Dan White, said the future of the company was underpinned by the success of the people who are part of it.
“Josh and his team bring a bewildering amount of energy and creativity. It’s a compliment to everyone in our family business when an operator of his calibre sees his future with us. We look forward to doing all we can to ensure he fulfills his ambitions,” Mr White said.
Ray White NSW CEO Andrew McCulloch said continued growth was fundamental to the whole network.
“Josh is a firm believer in the power of being a local area expert. His core area of Quakers Hill is where he does the majority of his work and we are so ready to support his ownership ambitions,” he said.
“Josh understands the power of leadership and the value of marketing and getting your face out there. Ray White is in the leadership business and is a marketing machine at its very core”.
