The Ray White Quakers Hill principal put his success down to his strong work ethic.

Top Ray White principal Josh Tesolin has taken out the number one spot at RateMyAgent’s annual awards for the fourth time, while Ray White Quakers Hills was also named number one in New South Wales.
Last year, Mr Tesolin was awarded the Top Performing Principal for settled commission and number of sales at Ray White’s international awards. He has taken the real estate world by storm at only 27 years old and is on track for another stellar year with the group.
Ray White Quakers Hill (pictured below) is in its third year and has already expanded to 27 staff across sales, property management and administration and took out the top gong for New South Wales at last night’s RateMyAgent awards. Collectively, the office sold 549 properties last year, including 315 by Mr Tesolin, equalling nearly one a week for the real estate star.
“This award means a lot because it’s from clients’ feedback. It’s your customers’ experiences and they are sharing how happy they were with the sale of their home with their agents,” Mr Tesolin said.
The award winning Quakers Hill principal has an unrivalled work ethic and is driven by his commitment to each one of his clients.
“I work seven days a week, 18 hours a day and I’ve got a fantastic team there supporting me as I’m negotiating, prospecting and selling. I also have an amazing team of salespeople, property managers and admins who go above and beyond for their clients every day,” Mr Tesolin said.
