Described as a “junior penthouse” in the listing, Perry’s new residence was sold to her by Jen Kao, the daughter of billionaire Garmin founder Min Kao.
Records reveal that Kao acquired the 278sq m condo in 2016 for US$9.3 million and invested a significant amount in customising the space to suit her unique taste. After a few months on the market with an asking price of US$12.5 million, Perry made her move and sealed the deal.
