Celebrity couple Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are preparing to unload their ‘spare’ luxury Beverly Hills home.
According to The Dirt, the couple is looking to make a tidy profit on the deal, asking U$21.9 million for the property that they jointly paid US$13.5 million for back in 2018.
The modern mansion that resembles a European villa, contains 929sq m of living space including seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two powder rooms.
The home sits in the mountains immediately above Beverly Hills, in the lower Benedict Canyon neighbourhood, with records indicating Jenner and Scott both own a 50/50 stake in the 1.1-acre estate.
The estate is guarded by a towering gate and, inside, the main floor boasts oak floors, imported stone and high glass doors that connect to the expansive gardens that surround the house.
The kitchen features white marble countertops and ebony cabinetry and is adjacent to a breakfast room and walk-in pantry.
There’s also a formal dining room that is connected to an al fresco dining area.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes its own sitting area and balcony, featuring beautiful views of the city and canyon.
There are dual master baths, that include a soaking tub and flatscreen TV, dual walk-in closets, a fireplace and a vanity/glam room.
There are six additional bedrooms that come with their own ensuite, with one that also has its own nursery.
The mansion also boasts typical high-end features such as a movie theatre, a billiard room with a wet bar, a lounge, a family room, a three-car garage and a living room with its own fireplace that overlooks the pool.
Outside, the estate has large manicured grounds, a pool, spa and built-in BBQ.
Jenner still holds a substantial property portfolio, including a US$36 million Holmby Hills mansion and her lavish Hidden Hills estate, while Scott owns a US$23 million hilltop mansion in Brentwood.
