Principal Raj Mangat will lead the office and is looking to grow the agency in 2023.
The Announcement:
The new Laing+Simmons Rouse Hill | Box Hill office opens this week, following hot on the heels of last month’s opening of new Laing+Simmons offices in Balmain and Randwick, as the boutique network’s expansion agenda gains further momentum in 2023.
High-profile local agent Raj Mangat is Principal of Laing+Simmons Rouse Hill | Box Hill and is joined by Anoop Dhir, Varun Sharma and Sean Grover to bring a full range of real estate services to the local community.
“This year is shaping up as a pivotal time for the local market. There is prevailing caution from both vendors and buyers on account of the interest rate uncertainty, however there are also new land opportunities on offer and people with loan approvals in place with the need to buy,” Mr Mangat says.
“As such we are expecting steady transactional activity in the first quarter with the potential for a busy year ahead, once there is greater clarity on where interest rates will land and the election is decided.
“As part of the Laing+Simmons group, our immediate focus is on leveraging the best-inbreed training programs and network support to ensure we are well-positioned for success, both in the short and long-term,” he says.
With the doors now open, Mr Mangat is looking to grow the Laing+Simmons Rouse Hill | Box Hill team, particularly with new office administration and sales team members.
Laing+Simmons Head of Growth and Development Harriet Saunders says the new Rouse Hill | Box Hill office represents an important addition to the network in Sydney’s west.
“This well-located area of western Sydney is primed for growth over the long term, on the back of fundamentals such as population growth and infrastructure investments. We are excited to welcome Raj and his team to the Laing+Simmons family, and to have our brand represented in this important market with quality, passionate and proven local operators,” Ms Saunders says.
“This year we anticipate accelerated growth of the network as more and more quality local operators seek to tap into the unique support programs and culture which sets Laing+Simmons apart,” she says.
