Known for his active participation in the luxury property market, Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio has snapped up yet another multi-million dollar mansion.
The Academy Award winner actor reportedly paid $9.9 million for the Beverly Hills home, originally listed for $10.2 million.
According to realtor.com, the recently renovated home features five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, across 5000 square feet of living space.
There are also white oak floors, a spiral staircase, and a huge open entertaining area that leads out to the pool.
The eat-in kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, black-and-white chevron floors, and bar seating at the large island.
The master suite features cathedral ceilings and its own lounge, including a balcony overlooking the pool.
The purchase comes off the back of the sale of DiCaprio’s Malibu home in November.
That property – which he bought for less than $2 million in the ’90s – sold for $10.3 million, just above his asking price of a flat $10 million.
It’s been a busy year for DiCaprio when it comes to the property market. He reportedly bought a $13.75 million oceanfront property in an off-market deal, after buying a $7.1 million Spanish-style compound in May.
Earlier this year, he listed the home he purchased from musician, Moby, for $5.75 million, dropping the price soon after to $5.5 million.
