In a statement made by the company on Monday, Liverpool-based Metro Professionals, following a recent rebranding, will now be known as Starr Partners Liverpool.
Company director Gavin Belci said the name change comes after it had merged with Starr Partners earlier in the year to future-proof its business further which has been operational for the last 20 years.
“Joining Starr Partners puts us at the forefront of innovation and excellence, and we are excited to become part of the award-winning group. Starr Partners is highly respected and has a fantastic competitive edge on its competitors through its world-class marketing and technology. This will benefit our business in the long-term,” Belci said.
“Liverpool is a high growth area that has gone through phenomenal growth over the past few years, with a growing number of new developments and high-density dwellings.”
“In recent years, Liverpool has transformed into an investor market, with around 80 percent of CBD buyers being investors. Right now, however, we are also starting to see a lot of first home buyers in Liverpool’s surrounding suburbs looking for traditional homes. With such high demand, it’s an exciting time to be working in the area. I think we will still see low vacancy rates and good solid returns this year.”
Liverpool is the second office that Starr Partners has merged with this year.
Starr Partners chief Douglas Driscoll who has placed Liverpool on his top 10 Sydney suburb’s watchlist said the company was focused on making quality additions to the network.
“The impending airport at Badgerys Creek and improved infrastructure and public transport will help Liverpool emerge as a new CBD, much like Parramatta,” he said.
