The future looks bright for Boettchers Estate Agents after the business achieved 708 per cent growth in its first 12 months of operation.
After launching his own business and brand 12 months ago, Adam Boettcher has been able to embrace business ownership and work hard to grow his own boutique brand, powered by UrbanX.
Having led a team at his previous agency, Mr Boettcher made the decision to step out of his comfort zone and launch his own brand, Boettchers Estate Agents in the Ipswich market in south east Queensland.
Motivated to run his own business the way he has always wanted, Mr Boettcher capitalised on the opportunity to stand out from his competition, and market himself the way he wanted, without any agency rules and restrictions.
Fast forward one year and Boettchers Estate Agents has grown by a massive 708 per cent and has shown no signs of slowing down.
Going from strength to strength, Mr Boettcher has worked hard to grow his business and is proud of what he has been able to achieve.
“Building something from scratch can be stressful and time consuming, but it is also incredibly rewarding, especially when I see my team doing so well,” Mr Boettcher said.
“Growing a team and watching people double and triple their incomes (GCI) under our brand, is something that I’m very proud of.”
Since his launch, Mr Boettcher has been able to run his own business the way he wants and has created a culture within his team that drives success.
With support from UrbanX, he has been able to focus on growing his business, without needing to worry about the backend administration or managing support staff.
