McGrath launches new digital experience platform

McGrath Estate Agents has launched a new digital experience platform, designed to set it apart from traditional real estate websites.

Delivering a unique user experience for its clients, whether they be vendors, buyers, landlords or tenants; the new content-focused website showcases an elegant, minimalist design that embodies the McGrath brand.

In another first for mcgrath.com.au; the new digital experience platform (DXP) sees the launch of ‘The McGrath Insights Centre’ which is tailored to meet the consumer’s appetite and need for constantly evolving content that is easily and readily accessible.

The Insights Centre provides rich blog content, ebooks, checklists, etc. to assist in client’s property choices and transactions.

McGrath CEO Geoff Lucas said this was an important step as the company forges ahead with the implementation of strategic technology platforms designed to further position McGrath as a market leader and real estate brand of choice.

“As a company we are focused on improving the customer experience through complementing and supporting the role of the agent with the right technology,” Mr Lucas said.

“We are pleased to have been in a position to prudently invest close to $1 million during the past 12 months.

“The Martech team at McGrath have focused on delivering the best digital solution for our clients and agents alike, and one that delivers beyond the traditional channels of property marketing.

“The technology platform we have selected is designed for growth allowing it to continually evolve.

“Equally, it will help our agents be more efficient in their day-to-day operation and interact with their clients more effectively. To have automated intelligence that provides data insights is critical to providing a superior customer experience.”

Mr Lucas said today’s real estate customers are very sophisticated, technologically savvy and deserve the best experience, content and information to help with their property needs.

“The personalisation of our customers’ interaction and delivering them with appropriate content relevant to their search is not only important, but efficient and essential into today’s time-poor environment,” Mr Lucas added.

Mr Lucas stated the new digital experience platform and functionality would be “unparalleled in the industry”.

Over the last 12 months, McGrath’s commitment to the digital transformation of its business has also seen the implementation of the market-leading CRM system, Agentbox, across its entire network.

These two platforms are core components of their plan to provide improved functionality to drive sales progression, customer experience, automation and optimisation of central support across all McGrath business units.
