Creed and Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan has put his Encino, Los Angeles, property on the market less than a year after purchasing it.
The actor is seeking nearly US$500,000 more than he paid in 2022, with an asking price of US$12.9 million, according to The Dirt.
The gated home spans 1140sq m and stretches across three levels.
Features include an elevator, a 20-foot-tall pivoting front door, soundproof movie theatre, gym and spa, temperature controlled wine room and wet bar.
There are a total of eight bedrooms, with the upstairs master retreat home to a fireplace and private balcony.
Jordan has spent around $500,000 on security and air-conditioning upgrades, according to The Wall Street Journal (pay wall).
Other highlights include a gourmet kitchen, complete with two islands, a walk-in pantry and an accompanying breakfast nook.
There is a family room displaying a linear fireplace and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, as well as a study with built-in bookshelves.
The property sits on a half-acre block, with outdoor features including a pool and spa, fire-pit area, a barbecue and a bar.
There’s also a two-storey guest house.
Built in 2021, Jordan scooped it up in May 2022 for $12.5 million.
The 35-year-old Jordan recently sold a Hollywood Hills home he purchased in 2019 from TV host Daisy Fuentes for $7 million, The Dirt reports.
