Mortgage Choice launches new national brand campaign targeting refinancers

Mortgage Choice will hit screens nationally this week with the latest iteration of its ‘You’re Never a Loan’ brand campaign.

The latest creative positions Mortgage Choice as the go-to brokerage for borrowers seeking a better deal on their home loan in a tough interest rate environment, and features the group’s #1 ranking in The Adviser Magazine’s Top 25 Brokerages 2023 list announced earlier this month.

Anthony Waldron, CEO of Financial Services and Mortgage Choice at REA Group, said the campaign comes at a time where borrowers will benefit from having a mortgage broker in their corner.

Mortgage Choice research found 52 per cent of Australian borrowers aren’t receiving the best available interest rate offered by their lender or are unsure if they’re receiving the best available rate.

“Our brokers can provide expert advice about managing rising rates and will negotiate with lenders on the customer’s behalf to find them the right loan,” Mr Waldron said.

“This campaign is the next phase of our ongoing investment in the Mortgage Choice brand following the success of our ‘You’re Never a Loan’ campaign, which launched in August last year.”

The campaign will feature on channels 7, 9 and 10 during key programming including Married at First Sight, Survivor and Australian Idol.

It will be heard across major metropolitan and regional radio networks (Nova and SCA) and be seen across out of home advertising on buses (JCDecaux) as well as high impact digital display (News Corp), online video and social placements.
