Laing+Simmons Mount Druitt have set up shop in the Western Sydney suburb of Rooty Hill.
Headed by Jack and Basel Nahas, the new office will service the growing Rooty Hill, Eastern Creek, Plumpton and surrounding areas.
It is set to offer a full suite of real estate services to the local community, including sales, property management, auction services, project marketing and more.
Principal Basel Nahas says the growth potential for the local area makes the timing of the new office opening ideal.
“This is an area on the radar of an increasing number of young families and first-home buyers due to the strong transport connections, new shopping, dining and lifestyle choices, and its relative affordability,” he said.
“It’s already a growth area but the potential for further growth is significant. With the advantage of a strong culture, familiar brand and a proven business model, we felt the time was right to create a physical presence in Rooty Hill and formally become part of the community.”
With the doors now open, recruitment is a focus for the new Western Sydney office.
Specifically, Mr Nahas and the team are on the lookout for talented sales people with real local knowledge to become part of an award-winning business focused on customer service.
