The Agency has further cemented its position in Sydney’s prestigious North Shore with the addition of highly experienced and skilled agent Nick Separovich to the team.
Specialising in the suburbs of Chatswood, Willoughby and Artarmon, Mr Separovich is a Sydney North Shore native and has specialised in the area for 22 years.
Mr Separovich’s career kicked off when he perused the ads section in the Sydney Morning Herald and joined a real estate agency in Chatswood.
He hasn’t looked back since, and his strong network of referrals, built up over many years, means his listings can be spread from Mosman to Hornsby and include prestige homes to investor units.
A lifetime Chatswood local, Mr Separovich has seen the area undergo a rapid transformation in the past two decades.
What started as “very much a working class area” has now become a jewel of Sydney’s North Shore, Mr Separovich explains.
“Chatswood has become a CBD within Sydney,” he said.
“The area has transformed into a bustling hub with a landscape of high rise apartments and offices, shopping and a transportation interchange.
“I remember as a kid, the biggest building in Chatswood was the Lemon Grove building, which was just five storeys.”
While the area has transformed, the type of clients Mr Separovich assists hasn’t changed much over the years.
“There are always people moving into the area, attracted to the lifestyle and ideal location,” he said.
“Chatswood, Willoughby and Artarmon are so handy to the city and Parramatta, and you can pretty much be anywhere in Sydney in 20 minutes.”
On his move to The Agency, Mr Separovich said “it’s like getting the band back together again,” having known chief executive officers Matt Lahood and Geoff Lucas for 10 years.
“The Agency team are a group of wonderful people and the agents they tend to attract are in the upper echelons in the industry,” he said.
“The referral work amongst ourselves is quite unique.”
