OBrien Real Estate has welcomed a well-known local family agency to its growing network in Victoria, with the Molinaro family joining the brand.
The Molinaro family business has been established for more than 30 years in the City of Whitehorse, and will join the OBrien family from July 8, operating from a state-of-the-art, brand new office in Blackburn.
Husband and wife, Frank and Lena Molinaro, established the family agency in 1993 and have built a strong community with many clients, businesses, community groups, clubs and charitable organisations across the City of Whitehorse.
With over 40 years experience in real estate, and a fellowship of the local Rotary Club for many years, Frank has instilled the family focus approach into his son and daughter, Anthony and Anna, who also work in the business as accomplished sales and property management consultants.
Anthony is a proud member of the REIV Sales Agent Chapter and until recently was a Council member of the Victorian Police Blue Ribbon Foundation. Anthony started his career as a property manager before moving into sales seven years ago, and is now a highly-regarded award-winning auctioneer.
Anna heads the property management department and has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, having recently been awarded second place in the realestate.com.au Real Ideas Prize.
OBrien Real Estate originated within one office from the South East of Melbourne in 2010 and today OBrien has 28 offices including its Head Office in Chadstone.
General Manager, Jason Mudford, said the strategy for OBrien over the past 12 months had been to focus on the people within its network and to ensure any new office growth met its pillars and guiding structure.
He noted the Molinaro family ticked all those boxes and more.
Mr Mudford further explained the current OBrien business goal of being a 50-office network within Victoria would not be a race, but rather growth that was carefully managed.
The remaining members of the team behind the Blackburn office are Michael Szitarity, Joseph Say, Dimitra Amoddio, Yan Sun, Jimmy Zhou, Naeve McPadden and Prea Pillay.
