Ray White Commercial Northern Corridor Group has joined forces with the Pine Rivers office to become one of the largest commercial real estate agencies on the northern side of Brisbane, boasting offices in Brendale, Morayfield and Mooloolaba.
The Group will now service from North Brisbane through to Noosa, with Michael Shadforth and Chris Massie leading the team.
“Market knowledge, future growth and being able to offer a fully comprehensive service to all our clients were key drivers of the amalgamation,” said Mr Shadforth, Ray White Commercial Northern Corridor Group Commercial Principal and President of the Caloundra Chamber of Commerce.
Mr Massie, who was recently recognised at the International Awards as the seventh highest grossing agent in the Ray White Commercial Group, said the team were committed to excellence.
“We’ve worked really hard to keep ahead of the curve with embracing technology, tracking shifts in market trends and servicing the requirements of our clients. We’re excited to bring that innovation to the Pine Rivers office,” he said
