David Jiang has opened RE/MAX Next International, which will offer all aspects of residential and commercial real estate sales, property management and leasing.

David Jiang, one of the most influential business figures in Brisbane’s Chinese community, has expanded his business interests, spring-boarding off the successful NEXT International Realty, a brokerage company specialising in selling management rights, motels and resorts, which has enjoyed rapid growth since established in 2015, with RE/MAX Next International.
This new business venture provides services in all aspects of both residential and commercial real estate sales, property management and leasing.
The team is experienced and fluent in Chinese, Cantonese and English.
“What stands us apart from our competition is our proficiency in real estate transactions, and our industry and market knowledge,” Mr Jiang said.
“We especially have the combination of language plus transactional skill sets to serve the commercial and residential real estate needs of our Asian clients. I think we may be the first real estate agency in the local market with these credentials.”

Mr Jiang opens RE/MAX Next International with a strong team.
“Each member of the team is an experienced sale professional and our senior property manager has more than 10 years of solid residential and commercial management experience,” he said.
Mr Jiang has more than 15 years of corporate experience with global Fortune 500 companies and has performed various senior executive positions in China and the Asia Pacific Region, followed by 10 years in the management rights industry in Queensland.
“With many years of combined market knowledge and real estate experience on our team, our focus is on helping every client to reach their property goals and ambitions and I assure every client that our focus will exceed their expectations,” he said.
