Patrick Leo expands in regional Victoria

Real estate agency Patrick Leo, is expanding further into Victoria, opening a new office in Bendigo.

With its head office in Sydney and an office based in Collingwood, Patrick Leo offers property management and investment property sales for its clients. Additional services include affiliated mortgage broking company Sami L Home Loans and financial planning company Sami L Advisory.

Managing Director James Nihill chose to expand into Bendigo in response to the high demand and growth potential in regional Victoria.

“We are thrilled to open our Bendigo office. It is clearly one of Australia’s fastest growing regional cities and I have been selling Bendigo as an investment ‘hot-spot’ for years,” Mr Nihill said.

“Properties in Bendigo are affordable, rent easily, and consistently demonstrate a good return and capital growth over the medium to long-term.

“We decided it was the right time to make the move to open up in Bendigo to directly manage our client’s properties. We have since reduced management fees for each owner and increased rents where we could, and our clients have never been happier.”

Patrick Leo currently has 40 properties under management in Bendigo. While the initial focus for the company is to handle its current client base, Patrick Leo plans to offer its service to locals by participating in and supporting local community groups and events.

“I must admit that while I founded Patrick Leo in Sydney, I was born and raised in regional Victoria, so I am so pleased to be able to come back home to an area close to my heart to help locals build wealth and assist the community in any way that we can,” Mr Nihill said.

Formed in 2014, Patrick Leo has assisted hundreds of people with property transactions Australia wide, re-structuring finances and implementing investment plans.

Patrick Leo recently launched a Buyers Agency Service in Victoria, led by Amanda Jones, who has more than 10 years’ experience as a real estate agent and buyer’s agent.

The new arm of Patrick Leo will focus on buyers advocacy, advisory, research, and real estate investment, and services clients Australia-wide.

Patrick Leo also launched a new international service aimed at helping Australian ex-pats to invest back home. This was piloted at the end of 2018 in London and has already sourced investments for 14 Australian ex-pats based in UK.

Patrick Leo’s property management services have rapidly grown over the last 12 months with more than 400 properties under management across Australia.
