Patrick Leo, a leading real estate agency specialising in investment property sales, has recently launched a Buyers Agency service in Victoria in response to growing demand.
“We are excited to launch the buyers agency service. Many clients have asked us over the years to help source their homes after we have delivered them great results with investment properties,” said James Nihill, managing director of Patrick Leo.
Headed up by Amanda Jones, who has more than 10 years’ experience as a real estate agent and buyer’s agent in agencies including Cohen Handler and Hocking Stuart, the new arm of Patrick Leo will focus on buyer’s advocacy, advisory, research and real estate investment.
“While there is strong demand predominantly in Melbourne and Sydney to use a buyer’s agent – we are also seeing increasing appetite from Australian ex-pats keen to secure family homes for when they return back here,” Ms Jones said.
“More than 90 per cent of property I secure for my clients is off-market and this is where the potential and true value of using a buyer’s representative is unlocked. These are property opportunities that clients would never find on their own.”
While based in the Bayside suburb of Beaumaris in Victoria, Ms Jones will provide services to clients across Australia and overseas.
Formed in 2014 by managing director James Nihill, Patrick Leo has assisted hundreds of people with property transactions Australia-wide, restructuring finances and implementing investment plans.
