Comedian Pete Davidson is looking to offload the Staten Island condo he owned while dating some of Hollywood’s biggest names, including Kim Kardashian.
According to The Dirt, Davidson is asking for just under $US 1.3 million for the seventh-floor unit he paid US$1.2 million for two years ago.
The condo boasts two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, in nearly 150sq m of living space.
The light-filled unit features wood floors throughout, up-lit coved ceiling mouldings and in-ceiling speakers.
There’s also a freshly remodelled bathroom in the main bedroom, a quartz countertop in the open-plan kitchen and a balcony with views of the lower Manhattan skyline.
The main bedroom is finished in a pale pink colour and comes with its own bathroom, a fitted walk-in closet and balcony access.
While the second bedroom is green but does have an ensuite bathroom.
The unit is part of The Accolade building, which offers 24-hour security, an attended lobby, a clubhouse, a health club, a tennis court, and both indoor and outdoor play areas for children.
Davison relocated to Brooklyn earlier this year because he said his commute from Staten Island to Manhattan was too time-consuming.
