PropTech powerhouses join forces for seamless sales experience

PropTech businesses Realtair, Diakrit, and Printforce have announced an exciting partnership between their platforms.

The companies are set to offer a fully integrated experience that agents can offer vendors during the sales process.

From the comfort of the living room, agents using Realtair have the option to log in to the Diakrit portal right from the Sign platform.

The agent can offer the vendor a series of stunning photography, 2D and 3D floor plan options, interactive marketing tools, and the choice of a qualified photographer to book in the photoshoot with, all at once.

Agents will also have the opportunity to choose Printforce products and marketing options via the Realtair Pitch platform, and vice versa.

For agents, they will simply log into the Pitch platform to draw straight from the Printforce database to choose their favourite campaign packages for marketing such as signboards, banners, brochures, and so on.

The workflow is straightforward and easy – highlighting the entire sales experience as a memorable one.

Realtair Chief Executive Officer and Founder Pete Matthews said he was thrilled about the partnership, as it would create greater selling opportunities for agents all over the country.

“We pride ourselves on the several integration opportunities that we offer,” Mr Matthews said.

“These make the agent experience easier and more unified. I’m thrilled about this integration as the agent has direct and simple use of marketing and printing options which are so needed in the sales process.”

Alex Coulson, General Manager of Printforce said: “The future of real estate marketing is blended campaigns, and part of that is a strong future for print”.

“This integration is valuable as we as a business grow with the fast-growing real estate industry. We want to work alongside the best in the field, so working with Realtair and Diakrit gives our clients the best choice for their marketing and printing needs,” Mr Coulson added.

Diakrit Managing Director Jay Morris said the company was “excited to be integrated, providing a seamless experience between our solutions and platforms”.

“We are constantly looking for ways to improve customer experience across the industry, and this integration will do just that,” he said.

Mr Morris said the integration would greatly simplify the ordering process for agents, meaning they will be able to spend more time servicing their clients and achieving greater results.

The integrations are ready, live, and available to all mutual and future customers.
