Lower north shore commercial property firm Raine & Horne Commercial North Sydney has renewed its franchise agreement with Raine & Horne for another term.
Raine & Horne Commercial North Sydney launched in 2003 and principals Jay Sheffield, Duncan Grady, and Nick Moloney lead the business. The trio of principals is excited to continue their operation within the 136-year-old real estate network.
In a double triumph for Raine & Horne, leading Lower North Shore residential firm, Raine & Horne North Sydney also renewed its agreement.
“Over the past year our commercial team at North Sydney has relocated to a state-of-the-art premise in Walker Street, driven their business to new levels of success, and have set their sights on continued growth and innovation,” said Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne.
“We’re delighted that Jay, Duncan, and Nick have chosen to stay with us, especially with the North Sydney commercial market starting to hit its straps.”
Mr Sheffield said a myriad of reasons influenced his decision to renew with the brand but the main one was leadership.
“Our relationship with Angus Raine is a big reason why we renewed our agreement. I can call Angus virtually any time on his mobile, and he’ll always pick up when he’s available,” said Mr Sheffield.
The ability to collaborate with other like-minded offices in the network also encouraged Mr Sheffield and his colleagues to renew.
“I have much time for Colin Henry from Raine & Horne Commercial Penrith, who opened his doors to me when I joined the network to see to how they operate,” said Mr Sheffield.
“Furthermore, Raine & Horne Commercial never sits back on its marketing and technology laurels and brand presence. They’re always looking to improve.”
