Raine & Horne has acquired 12 new offices in New South Wales over the past few months amid continuing lockdowns.

Raine & Horne has added 12 new offices to its rapidly expanding New South Wales network, despite lockdowns across Sydney, the Illawarra, Central Coast and the Hunter Valley.
Led by long-term network manager Tina Ashton, Raine & Horne has been able to defy lockdowns across New South Wales (NSW) by adding 12 new offices over the last couple of months.
Ms Ashton said many independent offices switching to Raine & Horne were identifying the economies of scale created by being with a franchise.
“Our new recruits are increasingly recognising the benefits of being associated with a company such as Raine & Horne with management, recruitment, training and work practices,” Ms Ashton said.
Winning appraisals, listings, and recruits
Ms Ashton claimed independent agencies are often beaten to the punch for appraisals and listings by the more prominent brands regardless of their expertise.
Despite CoreLogic reporting a drop in listings in July, the Raine & Horne network recorded a 22 per cent increase in appraisals requests from vendors eager to list their properties for sale once lockdown restrictions lift.
“Linking with Raine & Horne gives an independent office the best chance of being competitive for appraisals and listings through access to our corporate support,” Ms Ashton said.
“No longer will they be chasing the pack. Our new offices can lead the way in their markets with our digital marketing and sales technologies.
