Superstar agent in Sydney’s inner west, Matthew Carvalho has just joined Ray White Erskineville | Surry Hills & Alexandria as an ambitious associate director with big plans for the future.
Mr Carvalho is well known for his calm, friendly and patient style, plus he’s highly regarded for guiding his vendors through the sales process to achieve the best result.
The elite sales operator – who has more than 14 years experience – has a definite ambition of expanding his existing business to Glebe with the full support of his new Ray White family.
“I have been in real estate for more than 14 years and I know the inner west like the back of my hand and my main areas always been Glebe, Pyrmont Camperdown, and Forest Lodge,” Mr Carvalho said.
“I have been friends with Ercan Ersan for many years and I have always clicked with him and Shaun Stoker. We are keen to grow our footprint onto the other side of Parramatta Road to cover the inner city fringe in yellow.
“I am the same familiar face, joining the well known Ray White stable.”

Mr Carvalho says he grew up in Sydney to an American father and an Australian mother, and he learned to appreciate the diversity in the harbour city from a young age.
Time spent living in Canada and the United States as a ski instructor only solidified his opinion that Sydney is one of the best cities in the world because of its rich diversity.
