Principal Warren Hitzke said his team is very passionate about upholding the values of the area, and enjoys giving back to their community.
The Announcement:
After starting Ray White Bundaberg with just “two milk crates and a couple of phones” six years ago, Warren Hitzke is expanding to open his second business – Ray White Bargara.
Having started with just two employees, Mr Hitzke now has a team of more than 20, with four joining the Ray White Bargara team.
“We’re now the largest real estate team in Bundaberg – from a standing start I’ve built it up to what it is now,” Mr Hitzke said.
“Bargara is the hub of the coastal areas in the region and it was always in my sights. I see huge growth in Bargara and I want to be a part of it and get those roots in there now.
“Our new office is in a really key spot by the Woolworths in the heart of Bargara.
“I think having an office there will be a pivotal move for Ray White.”
A Bargara local, Mr Hitzke has brought a team of locals on as part of his new Ray White Bargara business, including Paul Anderson, John Price, and Zac Hodges.
“We’re a powerhouse property team with lots of expertise in the area,” Mr Hitzke said.
“Our integrity is everything in our business.
“We’re very passionate about holding up the values of the area, and we’re very community minded.
“We live and have young families in Bargara and I grew up in Bargara myself.
“There’s nothing better than seeing a business who supports that local community as well.”
As a way of giving back to the community, Ray White Bargara has sponsored the local soccer club and the local golf club.
Mr Hitzke said he was proud to be expanding his business as part of Ray White.
“We basically started with two milk crates, a couple of phones, and just two guys, and we’ve grown to what we are today with the help of Ray White,” he said.
“My team is really competitive and we are really proud to be part of the Ray White brand with all the support and training it provides.”
In the next 12 months, Mr Hitzke hoped to increase their market share and strengthen their ties to the community.
“I’m a very competitive person so I really like gaining market share,” he said.
“I want to have a really solid presence in Bargara.
“I think a good team with good strong leadership will make that happen.”
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew congratulated Mr Hitzke on opening his second office.
“We are thrilled that Warren has chosen to open up his second office through our family company,” he said.
“Through Warren’s drive, and his knowledge and passion for the local area, I have no doubt that the office will be an asset.
“I look forward to celebrating its success in the future.”
