Ray White Commercial NSW has announced a new addition to the team with Patrick O’Brien signing on as senior sales executive.
Mr O’Brien credits Commercial NSW Managing Director and Partner Jeff Moxham for attracting him to Ray White.
“When I made the decision to transition from residential to commercial I did extensive research on the market leaders within the sphere,” he said.
“From research, personal industry referrals and track record; Jeff Moxham was consistently referred to as one of the most successful, consistent and respected figures… Meeting with Jeff a number of times reconfirmed the reputation.”
Mr Moxham said he was delighted to welcome Mr O’Brien to the team and the Ray White family.
“He’s been a successful residential agent in the eastern suburbs for five years and I welcome the opportunity to bring in residential agents and train them around the commercial product.
“Successful residential agents are used to working hard; they have to have grit and discipline,” Mr Moxham said.
