The number one Rural business in the Ray White network has cemented its presence even further with the expansion and relocation of its new Bathurst branch.
Seeing exponential growth, the team achieved a record result in December of just shy of $40 million in residential and rural sales and Director, Pat Bird said the expansion was a natural progression for the growing business.
“We’ve got five businesses across the central tablelands and whilst the core of our business has always been rural property and livestock, our residential operation is growing rapidly. Our new Bathurst office is designed to facilitate that growth,” he said.
Housing the only online auction facilities within the Ray White Group outside Sydney and Brisbane, the Emms Mooney Bathurst office will run an auction centre that enables bidders from anywhere in the world to participate in their auctions.
“We’ve leveraged the Ray White Live Online Auctions programme that will allow buyers from far and wide to bid in real time at our in-house events. We’ve seen huge success with our auctions and wanted to create a regional auction centre that’s easy for our clients to access,” Pat said.
The Emms Mooney team are launching their auction centre on 24 February with 6 auctions booked in.
“We’ve moved into a prominent building that’s well located at the top of William street – the main street in Bathurst. We’ve really transformed the space and feel we can now cater for all of our clients in a modern, well equipped centre with the added bonus of over 20 car parks for customers and staff”.
Ray White Emms Mooney Bathurst will host their launch event from 5.30pm on Friday 24 February.
