The Ray White Group has welcomed the expansion of the Brighton-Le-Sands team, with a new office now open at Ramsgate.
Principals Peter Tsekenis and Elia Economou welcomed the office opening, noting an increased southern Sydney footprint had been their goal in recent years.
“For at least the last three to four years we were planning to expand the business. Our aim was to be able to cover the whole Botany Bay foreshore,” Mr Economou said.
“It was a natural progression to expand our geographic presence.”
The new office aims to increase real estate opportunities for the community of Ramsgate Beach.
Ray White NSW Metro CEO Andrew McCulloch congratulated Mr Economou and Mr Tsekenis on their expansion.
“Elia and Peter have run an exceptional business at Brighton-Le-Sands for many years and we are thrilled to see them take on this opportunity,” Mr McCulloch said.
