Directors David Gillan and Richard Harding are at the helm of a team based in one of Sydney’s most liveable suburbs.
“We’re bringing with us the experience and strengths of the Ray White Lower North Shore Group to Ray White Crows Nest,” Mr Gillan said.
“We have access to the biggest buyer pool in the Lower North Shore, which includes people downsizing from larger homes in Mosman and Cremorne into Crows Nest for its village atmosphere and vibe.”
Crows Nest is a popular hot spot on Sydney’s Lower North Shore, a harbourside style hub with a bustling cosmopolitan lifestyle.
Mr Harding described their Ray White Crows Nest office as an extension of Lower North Shore Group’s business growth.
From the Crows Nest office, the team will also service St Leonards, Waverton, Wollstonecraft, Greenwich, North Sydney and McMahons Point.
“We’ve got an incredibly strong historic business that has been the leader in the marketplace for many years,” Mr Harding said.
“We’re excited to be better able to service an area we consider to be the new frontier of the Lower North Shore property market.”
The Ray White Lower North Group consider the strategic move into Crows Nest to be in line with their family values.
Having worked with Mr Gillan’s father, Mike, when first starting out in real estate, Mr Harding is excited about what the future holds for his fellow director and their business at Crows Nest.
