The Ray White Group has shortlisted four agents on the basis of their elite status, then
secondly location to the properties at Northcote.
Confirmed agents are Winnie Leung (Ray White Forrest Hill), Richard Kang (Ray
White Pinehill) Glenn Carpenter (Ray White Beach Haven/Glenfield) and Lewis Guy
(Ray White Takapuna).
The teams have 12 weeks to complete their homes. They’re the largest houses in The Block NZ’s history, each with three plus bedrooms, three bathrooms and a double garage.
Each house also shares a roof terrace which boasts views of the city, harbour and Rangitoto Island.
This year the footprint of the houses is almost identical, so the teams will need to really
push the boundaries and showcase their design skills to earn the highest price on
auction day.
