High-performing real estate duo Melvin Plaisier and Alyshia Marshall have just opened their own Ray White office in the Auckland suburb of Swanson.
Mr Plasier has been successfully selling in the area for the past 14 years, with his partner Ms Marshall joining him just over three years ago.
Real estate in the local area runs deep in the Plasier family, with Melvin’s mother Anja being recognised as one of the area’s top agents for over 20 years.
“We made the move to Ray White because of how deeply the company values aligned with our personal values,” Ms Marshall said.
“Our priority is client satisfaction and we pride ourselves on our honesty, integrity and attention to detail. Our motto has always been to get it right the first time, or don’t do it at all”
The pair were both raised in the Swanson region, which is known for its iconic Redwood Park golf course, and it’s proximity to local beaches and bush walks.
“Swanson has an interesting real estate landscape, with a mixture of medium to high-density residential as well as lifestyle properties on acreage,” Mr Plaisier said.
Prior to joining her partner in real estate, Ms Marshall was a registered nurse for CVICU at Auckland Hospital but had a keen personal interest in the property industry.
And if they weren’t already busy enough running their successful sales business, the pair have recently welcomed their first baby together, 14 weeks before they opened Ray White Swanson.
“We are very lucky to have the support of Anja, Melvin’s mum, who is helping with Porsha while we get the new office up and running. Anja has vast industry knowledge and understands its demands,” Ms Marshall said.
The team are supported by executive assistants Sharlene Shields and Meena Bava and have ambitions of rapidly expanding into property management and growing their sales team in the West Auckland region.
Over the next 12 months, the main focus for the team will be on maintaining their high-performing sales status by continuing to serve their community with the best customer service.
“We see huge potential in Swanson and its surrounds, and we can’t wait to maintain our reputation as experts in the local area under Ray White,” Ms Marshall said.
