Ray White Silverdale has bought another local agency, as Glenn Carpenter and Craig Catley expand their presence in New Zealand.

Ray White Silverdale has announced the purchase of a local boutique business, further solidifying its position as a key player in the region’s real estate market.
The office in Silverdale, formerly owned by Caleb Paterson, will now operate under the umbrella of Ray White Silverdale, led by Glenn Carpenter and Craig Catley.
Mr Paterson personally selected Mr Carpenter and his team as the right organisation to look after his much loved team and will go on to focus on his career as a luxury real estate salesperson.
Mr Carpenter had recently taken over ownership of Ray White Silverdale from its previous owners.
Ray White Silverdale is the team’s fourth office, including Ray White Glenfield, Ray White Beach Haven, and Ray White Verrans Corner.
With the purchase, the Ray White Silverdale team has tripled in size, growing from four sales agents to twelve. The Ray White Silverdale team will move into the new premises where they will have plenty of room to grow.
Mr Carpenter expressed enthusiasm about the expansion of his business.
“There are positive aspects of each business we are bringing to each other, and together we’ll be able to better service the community,” Mr Carpenter said.
“Our goal is to be the best, not the biggest, which resonates through our whole business.
“We’re really focusing on organic growth with the right people, and this was the right fit for us.

“It’s a hard working crew who are proud of each transaction they do and it’s very evident they have great relationships within the community.”
With a larger, high-calibre team in place, Ray White Silverdale aims to elevate its service standards and provide unparalleled assistance to clients.
