Ray White Group has unveiled its new corporate uniform range, featuring a subtle touch of Australiana in a nod to its humble bush beginnings.
The new uniform collection called Est.1902 will unify its 12,000-strong army of agents, property managers and administrators across Australasia as one team with the same dream.
The family-owned and led franchised group has a proud 117-year-old history of service excellence in the property industry dating back to 1902.
The collection includes a unique custom-designed signature floral pattern to honour the group’s early beginnings in Crows Nest in the Queensland bush, an idea that was brought to the table early in the timeline by White family member Samantha White.
“I was excited to be involved in this project as it was a great opportunity to create a stylish, high-quality look for our members that could be worn anywhere across the world,” Ms White said.
“We wanted to design a floral theme inspired by the landscape of The Shed (the first Ray White office in Crows Nest, in regional Queensland) and we’ve ended up using it on scarves, belts, ties, pocket squares and even on the lining of the suits.
“We own this pattern and it’s unique to us so you won’t find the print anywhere else. Our family hopes it makes all our members feel very proud,” Ms White said.
Ray White Group Head of Marketing Lisa Pennell said the updated corporate wardrobe had been keenly anticipated.
“We set out to ensure our members had access to really sharp optional workwear that would also represent great value, with predetermined price points for two-piece suits under $300 and silk ties under $40,” Ms Pennell said.
“We are all particularly proud of the floral pattern which has become a central thread at the core of each individual uniform piece and together pay tribute to the company’s history and origins in the Queensland bush.
“It’s a modern and stylish range that’s also practical enough to suit a variety of situations and occasions.
“We’ve gone all out to produce a uniform which boasts grace and sophistication for our vast network who work from the Top End tropics to the inner cities and outback.
“Having Samantha’s involvement in the project has been incredible as she not only had a clear vision from the very start, but also an important attention to detail. After countless rounds of product sampling, testing and design amendments, the new uniform is now ready to be unveiled and early feedback has been really positive,” Ms Pennell said.
The Ray White suits are handmade from premium quality wool, silk and high quality cotton which form the foundation of the fabrics of the range.
