More than 700 real estate professionals and guests attended the 2017 reiwa.com Awards Ball at Crown Perth on Saturday night, which celebrated WA’s leading real estate agents and recognised them for their achievements in 2016-17.
Ray White WA chief executive officer Mark Whiteman said he was delighted his network won the top honour at the esteemed REIWA.COM awards.
“This is especially rewarding given that the result is derived from only 43 of our 52 offices in Western Australia,” he said.
“We have some of the best and brightest real estate professionals working in the Ray White Group in WA, so this award goes to the work of all our business owners, agents and support staff.
“It’s no secret that the property market has slowed in WA and our agents are facing challenging conditions.
“But the Perth market is now the most affordable, especially for first home buyers.
“On most measures we have been the leading group in WA since we started 25 years ago but it’s nice to be recognised by the Real Estate Institute of WA,” he said.
Congratulations also goes to Ray White Urban Springs licensee Andrew Huggins, who won the Top Salesperson by Auction Listings sold in 2016-17.
Director and co-owner of Ray White Urban Springs Andrew Huggins has become a household name in the city of Belmont, consistently outselling his nearest competitors.
REIWA chief executive officer Neville Pozzi said the awards highlighted the state’s top performing agents and agencies.
“The REIWA.COM awards recognise the highest achieving sales professionals in the state and I’d like to offer my sincere congratulations to all of 2017’s very worthy winners and finalists,” Mr Pozzi said.
“These awards are a testament to the hard work and dedication these agents give to their clients and community on a daily basis.”
