Global real estate giant, RE/MAX, has just announced its top performers for the 2019 first quarter, with a staggering 30 entries from Australia and New Zealand in the Global Top 100 lists.
โHere the designation โGlobalโ represents all agents outside of the United States and Canada,โ explained Michael Davoren, Managing Director of RE/MAX Australia and RE/MAX New Zealand, โwhich is somewhere in the vicinity of 36,500 agents.โ
โIโm immensely proud of the sales teams and individuals in our networks either side of the Tasman,โ he said.
More than half the Top 20 sales teams came from these two networks, with teams from the Brisbane suburbs of Cleveland, Morningside, Alexandra Hills, Carina, and Coopers Plains; from Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast; Bundaberg and Toowoomba; and Palmerston North and Auckland in New Zealand.
In the top 100 make-up, were more Brisbane suburbs (Wynnum, Shailer Park, River Hills and Holland Park), Burpengary, Maleny in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, Robina on the Gold Coast, Townsville, Cairns, Narrabeen in New South Wales, and Nelson and New Plymouth in New Zealand โ 27 sales teams in all.
Wynnum residential agent, Todd Gerhardt, featured in the Global Top 100 Individuals, while the Global Top 100 Commercial agents named Brisbane-based Deepen Khagram and Geoffrey K Esdale in its roll call.
