RE/MAX opens office in Stones Corner Brisbane

Award-winning Brisbane real estate sales executive David Cotterill has launched his own business while remaining with the global RE/MAX brand.

Mr Cotterill is considered one of Australia’s leading experts in property strategy and delivery, and RE/MAX Experience Property is in a prime corner location at 411 Logan Road, Stones Corner.

“I have happily been a conjunctional agent with RE/MAX Australia but am now excited to establish my business in Stones Corner, which I believe is in the heart of my client base and well-located to assist and advise sellers on all elements of their projects,” he said.

Mr Cotterill has marketed and sold a wide range of multi-million-dollar townhouses and residential development projects, and has established himself as a formidable project marketing specialist through more than a decade in a property niche.

He and his team are respected for project work from concept to completion, working closely with buyers, developers, builders, architects, town planners, surveyors, body corporate managers and solicitors to deliver the best possible outcome for all parties.

“We have a highly-experienced sales team and selling is their sole function. We remove the things that take up time operationally, which allows them to be 100 per cent client focussed,” Mr Cotterill said.

“Our marketing has a very strong digital focus and we have the expertise, with extensive marketing and design skills, to produce targeted property marketing campaigns and generate leads.”

Stephanie Cotterill – a CPA with a strong accounting background of more than 20 years – joins Mr Cotterill as broker owner, and Keegan Bell will head up the property management department.

The Cotterills said they are confident in their new office’s points of difference, and have opened their office in a strategic location for South-East Queensland business.

RE/MAX Australia Director Joel Davoren said opening RE/MAX Experience Property presented an exciting business opportunity for Mr and Mrs Cotterill, and for RE/MAX.

“We are fortunate to have such an experienced, talented and customer-focused team to meet client needs in a city hub,” he said.
