Great Place to Work has named REA Group as Australia’s fifth Best Workplace for 2023 in the large company category, securing the group’s top five ranking for the third consecutive year.
REA was the highest ranked ASX listed business, and the only Australian listed business in the top 10.
The group was certified as a Great Place to Work in June and secured the official ranking among a number of outstanding global and Australian businesses at an in-person event in Sydney.
REA Group Chief Executive Officer, Owen Wilson said he was incredibly proud of the achievement.

Earlier in the year, REA Group was recognised as one of Australia’s best workplaces in technology as well as a best workplace for women.
REA India also ranked third amongst the Top 100 best companies to work for in India, an impressive leap from No.21 the previous year.
