Major real estate website realestate.com.au is putting property first with Front Page, giving agents the opportunity to advertise their properties front and centre on its homepage.

With the realestate.com.au home page receiving 16 million average monthly visits, Front Page provides a level of exposure for properties like never before.

“Front Page provides our agents with unprecedented reach to showcase our vendors’ properties to buyers looking for homes in our critical area. The exclusivity of Front Page gives us an excellent opportunity to differentiate ourselves from our competitors further,” Clarke & Humel Principal Michael Clarke said.

“Front Page joins a recent customer focused initiatives by realestate.com.au including, Agent Search and Agency Profiles, which provide more opportunities for agents to be discovered by vendors looking to sell, and Audience Maximiser, which positions customer listings on a network including thousands of other leading websites,’ Clarke said.

Front Page targets buyers by suburb, with ads displayed based on a user’s previous search behaviour in the buy section from the home page.

With Front Page, a property will be advertised on the realestate.com.au home page across all devices, including desktop, tablet, mobile and the realestate.com.au app, which was downloaded more than 6.3 million times.
