Realmark makes proactive move online

A recent investment in technology will come to the fore at WA’s Realmark Group should the need arise to work remotely as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

The Realmark Group has worked to proactively implement working from home for teams, rolling out procedures and policies last week to ensure they were working in the best interest of the teams, clients and community.

Realmark Group Managing Director John Percudani said the network invested heavily in new systems and technology last year, ensuring field teams had access to documents and information in realtime and promoting a more agile work environment.

“In this instance, our primary focus is on the safety and well being of our teams, clients, contractors and community,” he said.

“We want to be proactive in operations so we ease the level of disruption to our clients.”

Realmark has implemented a number of strategies following guidelines from the State and the Federal Government.

“This worldwide challenge will change the way we operate and no doubt do business in the future, increasing flexibility of working arrangements, generating a positive shift for generations utilising the benefits of emerging technology for ease of working,” Mr Percudani said.

“The landscape is changing daily and we are working around the clock to ensure we are implementing new guidelines as and when they are released, we have a team in place to monitor and assess these instances as they unfold.

“Together, as a group and a community, we will get through this.

“The WA people are smart, strong and resilient, we will be here for them to help them navigate through this period with our dedicated team and experience in the real estate and financial sector.”
