Realmark’s top performers were rewarded for their practice, performance, passion and people skills at the Western Australian real estate network’s 10th annual awards in Perth recently.
The top gongs went to Nicole Hazel for Practice Leader and Ian Masterson, who took home the APRIL (Ability, Practice, Reputation, Integrity and Leadership) Award.
Group Managing Director John Percudani said the Realmark Awards highlighted the outstanding performance of individuals and offices over the last 12 months, and recognised practice leadership and the commitment to the ethos of the Realmark brand.
“This is a night when the entire network gets together to celebrate the year that was, it is a great occasion where we see the collegial appeal of the brand and network,” Mr Percudani said.
“It is wonderful to see how everyone comes together and supports one another’s success.
“We are so proud of each and every member of the network and how everyone works together in collaboration to share success and strategy.”
Mr Percudani said they were in a unique position within Realmark, achieving consistent year-on-year market share growth four years in a row and coming out on top for per agent productivity results due to award-winning practices and procedures.
The night also marked the 30th year for Mr Percudani and wife Anita who founded Realmark in 1989, growing the network to one of Western Australia’s most successful real estate networks specialising in sales, leasing, property management and strata management.
With a corporate head office in Leederville, Realmark employs more than 250 people across its network, which includes 16 real estate offices (residential, commercial and strata) throughout metropolitan and regional WA, and is the most awarded agency in the state.
