The depth of talent within the Richardson & Wrench group has been highlighted by some outstanding performances across all of R&W’s markets. A true standout was Bondi Junction Principal Andre Frack claiming three of the most coveted trophies at the group’s annual awards on Saturday.
Frack won the Most Outstanding Principal, both transactions and income earned, and took out the Ronald H Pillinger Award. To add to the bursting trophy cabinet the R&W Bondi Junction office also topped the network for income earned.
R&W Managing Director Andrew Cocks said the result demonstrated the breadth of star talent across the network.
“Andre has had an exceptional year in which he has found renewed energy and really let his talents fly,” said Mr Cocks. “He has not only broken all of his previous sales records but achieved this while maintaining a significant management role in the highly successful and multi-disciplined R&W Bondi Junction office which has a major presence in residential, commercial, projects and property management.
“You can see how his passion for this business has inspired the Bondi Junction team to be the highest earning office in the network.
“We are a very successful network in a highly competitive industry. For a decade the network has celebrated Jason Boon’s success in winning the Ron Pillinger trophy while continually striving to better his stellar success.
“The fact that Jason also exceeded his own record results gives an indication of just how well Andre performed this past year.”
The R&W Directors Award went to Roy Amery, principal of R&W Rooty Hill, who exemplifies the best of the R&W beliefs and values and is always looking for ways to grow, both in his business and across the group.
The top sales person award (income earned) was claimed by the 2011 Rookie of the Year winner, Double Bay’s James Dunn for the third year running, highlighting his growing profile in one of the most competitive real estate territories in Sydney.
Top honours were shared around the network with the award for Most Outstanding Office (transactions) won by R&W Campbelltown/Ingleburn with R&W Narellan in the runner-up position.
The Leichhardt office was named fastest growing in the network and the top salesperson (transactions) was taken out by R&W Narellan agent Chris Philp.
The Community Service award was won by R&W Caboolture whose huge fundraising efforts are a reflection of the passion, energy and time they devote to a multitude of causes, from sick kids to homelessness to violence against women.
Mr Cocks said the awards reflected the strength and diversity of the network.
“We have incredible talent from east to west, north and south,” said Mr Cocks. “Our Queensland offices are making their mark with the exceptionally successful R&W Noosa office being joined by R&W Caboolture, R&W Clayfield and R&W Coolum in the Top Ten lists across multiple categories.
“Our offices in the south-west of Sydney are going from strength to strength, dominating their markets, and with rapid population growth and government investment in infrastructure we can expect to see more exceptional results in the years ahead.”
“I am extremely proud of the performance of so many R&W offices across all markets. It is a testament to the values and philosophy that are the cornerstones of our group and demonstrates the platform for success this provides.”
