Richardson & Wrench expands with new office in family-friendly Jordan Springs

Richardson & Wrench have announced their new office will launch in Sydney’s Western suburbs, with the introduction of the Jordan Springs Bespoke franchise.

Proudly led by area sales managers Manish Malik and Naveen Rana, Richardson & Wrench Jordan Springs will operate under the company’s Bespoke business structure.

Richardson & Wrench Bespoke agencies allow agents the freedom to run their own businesses with a streamlined efficiency, while simultaneously leaving the backend operations such as administration, management of technology, marketing and social media to the Bespoke support services team.

As a result, agents such as Mr Malik and Mr Rana can focus on nurturing their client’s needs.

Mr Malik and Mr Rana are living proof that Jordan Springs is an idyllic place in which to do business and raise a family.

As part of the community for several years, the local fathers are well-placed to help vendors market their homes and inform buyers of what Jordan Springs – and surrounding suburbs – have to offer.

“It’s a very family-friendly area,” Mr Malik said.

“Our kids go to the local schools and we’re lucky to have the beautiful parks around here as well as the Nepean River nearby to visit on the weekends.

“We think the best thing about the Jordan Springs area, and why it appeals to buyers, is that it’s peaceful and safe.”

Developed just 10 years ago, Jordan Springs has emerged as a highly sought after neighbourhood thanks to its vibrant and culturally rich community.

In just a decade, the suburb and adjoining areas already have a track record of strong property price growth with sustained demand signalling that values will continue to rise.

“It’s a good local market for homebuyers and it’s also attractive for investors because of its strong rental yields and more affordable prices compared with other parts of Sydney,” Mr Malik said.

“This area has something for everyone.”

Passionate about the close-knit community, Mr Malik and Mr Rana are committed to providing that same dedication to their new and returning clients.

“As well as offering them one of the most established and respected brand names with Richardson & Wrench, we can assure our customers the quality and attention they deserve,” Mr Malik said.

“Our main goal is to achieve the best possible price for our vendors.”

By adopting the best in market technology and marketing tools in the Richardson & Wrench toolbox, the Jordan Springs team are dedicated to building a commanding presence in the local community in order to give their sellers a competitive edge.

“We assure our clients we will put 100 per cent of our efforts into promoting their property because we know it’s one of their most valuable assets,” he said.

“Our promise is to look after it as if it was our own.”

Mr Malik and Mr Rana are also driven to fully support the culturally diverse community in any way they can so in addition to English, the pair are pleased to offer their services in Hindi, Punjabi and Gujarati to help make the process of buying, selling or renting a more comfortable and inclusive process for everyone.

A full-service residential agency, the Jordan Springs team can assist vendors, homebuyers and investors with all their real estate needs across Jordan Springs, Cranebrook, Cambridge Park, Cambridge Gardens, Llandilo, Werrington Downs and Werrington County.
