Richardson & Wrench’s real estate network has swept the board in the 2024 RateMyAgent Awards, with its agents and offices across Australia winning more than 20 accolades for exceptional client service, standards, and satisfaction.
Its raft of awards includes Agency of the Year, Agent of the Year, and Rental Agency of the Year in branch suburb areas, making Richardson & Wrench one of the highest customer-rated names in local real estate.
Many of its individually-owned franchise offices and agents won multiple prizes and for consecutive years, thanks to their continuous commitment to an outstanding client experience.
Notable winners include North Sydney and Northbridge, named Agency of the Year in their suburbs for the fourth year in a row, with Chris Downie at Northbridge also winning Agent of the Year for the fifth year running.
The Coolum office team dominated their area, winning five trophies in their region, followed by Marrickville, which triumphed with four local prizes, and Rooty Hill and St Clair, which each won a hat trick of awards.
The coveted RateMyAgent Awards are major Australian real estate awards where success is determined by verified customer reviews and ratings, giving winners an official stamp of customer approval and recommendation.
RateMyAgent is Australia’s top real estate review website, helping buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants find the best agents in their area, with over 1.5 million transactional-based reviews listed from genuine, validated customers.
