A talented multilingual agent with a track record in selling luxury property Anna Chen brings a decade of cross-sector experience and insights.
The Announcement:
The growth of BresicWhitney’s Lower North Shore team has been furthered this week with the addition of multilingual sales agent, Anna Chen.
Ms Chen brings over a decade of experience to BresicWhitney, in a career that encompasses high-end residential sales, luxury hotel sales and real estate business development.
She is a Lower North Shore specialist with a particular focus on Sydney’s Harbourfront suburbs.
Ms Chen’s fluency in English, Mandarin, and Hokkien deepens her ability to connect with international clients and those from diverse backgrounds.
“As a North Shore sales agent and resident, I truly believe the market is ready for the level of excellence that BresicWhitney represents,” Ms. Chen said.
“By that I mean a values-driven approach to real estate, one that has a commitment to delivering a memorable and meaningful experience, and one that is not afraid to lead with creativity and innovation.”
Ms Chen commented that her six-year career in luxury hotel sales had armed her with insight into the power of a brand and affirmed a commonality among buyers.
“Regardless of the work we do, where we live, or the language we speak, what we all crave is connection,” she said.
“For me to be able to play a role in that, in the industry I love, with best real estate brand in the country, is very exciting.”
Ms Chen is the fifth sales agent to join BresicWhitney since May 2023.
In addition to Ms Chen, the team now comprises Nicholas Christou, Shabina Kamal, Louise Barton and Jade Prior.
BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn said Anna was one of the most exciting rising stars in Sydney real estate.
“The success she’s achieved and impact she’s made in a relatively modest timeframe is very impressive and bodes well for her future and the positive contribution she will make to BresicWhitney,” he said.
Mr McGlynn said there was an alignment with Ms Chen on the group’s vision and values, as there was with the fellow Lower North Shore team members, and across the wider BresicWhitney group.
“The reality is we’ve been active and connected in the Lower North Shore since BresicWhitney was established 20 years ago,” he said.
“The work we’re undertaking now reflects the next iteration of that, and the intentional moves we’re making to build a sustainable future of opportunity and prosperity for our people, our clients and the communities we operate in.
“Underscoring BresicWhitney’s success over the last two decades has been our ability to match buyers and sellers and move as one connected group, from across the North Shore to the peninsula suburbs, through to the East, Inner West, and Inner City.
“It’s wonderful that Anna recognises the benefits of this, and we’re delighted to have her on board.”
BresicWhitney will make further announcements regarding its Lower North Shore team and presence over the remainder of the year.
The group was recently named as a finalist in the Real Estate Institute of NSW’s Annual Awards for Excellence ‘Large Agency’ category, in a move that reflects its trajectory of sustainable success and vision to be Sydney’s leading property group.
