Strata Law reforms are due to come into effect across New South Wales from 30 November 2016, however if you’re not sure what the new laws mean for you, a training session is guaranteed to shed some light.
The REINSW, NSW Fair Trading and Strata Communities Australia are joining forces to travel the state, offering sessions over the next 2 weeks to cover the new Strata Schemes Development Act 2015 (NSW) and the Strata Schemes Management Regulation 2016 in detail.
The strata law training session will include presentations from NSW Fair Trading chief mediator Michael Courtney, SCA president and strata manager Greg Haywood and REINSW Strata Chapter Committee member and partner at commercial property law firm Massons, Leisha de Aboitiz.
