London-born music legend Sir Rod Stewart, known for his raspy vocals and captivating performances, has decided to part ways with his extravagant mansion.

The palatial estate, located in the prestigious North Beverly Park neighbourhood of Los Angeles, is now up for sale for a staggering US$70 million, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.

Boasting an impressive 13 bedrooms and spanning over 2650sq m, the opulent residence sits on more than 1.2 hectares of pristine land.

True to its owner’s flamboyant personality, the mansion stands out with its vibrant yellow façade, accentuated by a grand Las Vegas-style fountain and intricate double doors that welcome guests into the awe-inspiring foyer.
