Boutique real estate brand, Belle Property has opened on Hope Island with Gold Coast royalty Sally O’Neill at the helm.
Ms O’Neill joined Belle Property from Harcourts, where she was the brand’s number one Australian and Queensland sales executive for the past two years, 2019 and 2020.
Having built up a loyal client base in the northern region of the Gold Coast, she also currently holds the ratemyagent.com.au title of Helensvale’s top agent – a title she has held for the last three consecutive years.
Belle Property CEO Peter Hanscomb said the Hope Island office is a “huge coup” for the business.
“Not only are we launching in one of Queensland’s most prestigious real estate markets, but we are doing so with one of the country’s most respected and successful sales agents holding the reins,” Mr Hanscomb said.
Ms O’Neill will share the role of Belle Property Hope Island Principal with her husband, Sean.
Mr O’Neill is set to bring his experience in international senior project management, operations and business knowledge to the franchise.
