Hollywood actor, Sandra Bullock, has reportedly listed one of her West Hollywood condos for almost US$4.5 million.
In 2014, Bullock paid US$3.55 million for the apartment, located on a high floor of the Sierra Towers and once owned by Friends star, Matthew Perry.
She didn’t live in the property though, instead renting it for a reported US$22,000 per month.
The apartment is described on the Hilton & Hyland listing as a “rare jewel” with “unparalleled views” of LA, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling glass walls.
Listed as “one of the most valuable and desirable properties in the entire building”, the apartment features two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a dining space with pending lighting, a spacious lounge and bar.
Other celebrities calling the tower home reportedly include Adam Sandler, Courtney Cox and Kelly Osbourne.
Realtor.com also reports Bullock owns another condo in the tower, which she purchased for US$5.1 million, along with a US$16.2 million Beverly Hills estate, two Malibu mansions, a retreat in Jackson Hole, a Texas mansion, and two other properties in New Orleans and New York.
She reportedly sold two beach houses on Georgia’s Tybee Island for a combined US$4.175 million.
